User Agreement

1. General provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of the MU FAVORITE online service — the website mufavorite.com, the game launcher and the MU FAVORITE game server (the "Service") provided by the Administration.

1.2. By using the Service, including registering an account, entering the game, paying for services or receiving digital goods, the User confirms that they have read and fully accept this Agreement.

1.3. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Service.

2. Services and digital goods

2.1. Access to the game is free. For a fee the Service provides intangible digital goods and services: the in-game currency (bonuses), game items and game services used only inside the MU FAVORITE game.

2.2. Digital goods are not physical, have no monetary value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money or withdrawn from the game.

2.3. The contents and price of every bonus pack are shown on the Prices and tariffs and Buy bonuses pages before payment.

2.4. The value of the digital goods and services lies in their use in the game; the Service does not claim or guarantee their uniqueness or exclusivity.

3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

3.1. The Service is provided "AS IS".

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:

• that the Service meets the User's expectations;
• any game, financial or other results;
• uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service.

3.3. The Administration is not liable for:

• any direct or indirect losses, including lost profit;
• actions or inaction of third parties, including other players;
• temporary technical failures, maintenance and access restrictions.

3.4. All decisions on the use of digital goods and services are made by the User at their own risk.

4. Lawful use

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organise or facilitate unlawful activity.

4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service only within the applicable law and the rules of the game server.

4.3. The User is fully responsible for the lawfulness of their use of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. The materials of the Service are protected by intellectual property law. MU Online is a trademark of Webzen Inc.; the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Webzen Inc.

5.2. The User may not copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the materials of the Service without the right holder's permission.

5.3. Infringement may lead to restricted access to the Service without compensation.

6. Access restriction

6.1. The Administration may suspend or restrict the User's access in case of:

• violation of this Agreement or the game rules (including third-party programs and exploiting game errors);
• detected abuse;
• requirements of the law or of payment providers.

6.2. Restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.

6.3. The Administration may refuse service to Users whose actions create increased risks for the Service, payment providers or third parties.

7. Payments and refunds

7.1. Digital goods are paid in rubles on the terms shown in the Service before payment, through the connected methods: the Faster Payments System (SBP) — a QR code and payment by a link from the banking app; cryptocurrency.

7.2. One payment may not exceed 10,000 RUB.

7.3. A payment is complete once the payment system confirms it. Bonuses are credited to the User's game account automatically, usually within a few minutes.

7.4. Because of the intangible nature of digital goods and services, no refund is made after the bonuses are credited, except in the cases below.

7.5. A refund is possible only if:

• the service was not provided through the Service's technical fault;
• the bonuses were not actually credited to the account.

7.6. To request a refund the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment, giving the order number.

7.7. The Administration decides on refunds individually.

7.8. The User undertakes not to initiate a chargeback through payment systems without first contacting the Service's support.

8. Privacy

8.1. The Administration collects the minimum data needed for the Service under the Privacy Policy.

8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted information.

9. Changes

9.1. The Administration may change this Agreement.

9.2. The current version is always available on this page.

9.3. Continued use of the Service means agreement with the updated terms.
