Public offer

This document is a public offer of the site mufavorite.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Server”) and defines the conditions for the purchase of digital goods - in-game currency (bonuses) and services within the private game server MU Online. By making a payment, the user (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) accepts the terms of this offer in full.

1. Subject of the offer

The Server provides the Buyer with digital goods: in-game currency (bonuses), items and services used exclusively within the game project. Goods are not physical and have no value outside the game server.

2. Cost and payment

• The cost of each set of bonuses is indicated on the “Buy bonuses” page.
• Payment is made through connected payment systems. The payment system commission may be paid by the Buyer.
• The payment is considered completed after confirmation by the payment system.
• Bank cards Visa, Mastercard and MIR, payments through the Faster Payments System (SBP) by QR code, and cryptocurrency are accepted. The methods available to the Buyer are shown at checkout.

3. Provision procedure

After successful payment, in-game currency (bonuses) is credited to the Buyer’s account automatically, usually within a few minutes. The accrued bonuses are credited to the account balance, from where the Buyer uses them in the game.

There is no physical delivery: the product is provided electronically to the Buyer's game account. Purchases are available to Buyers from any country where the chosen payment method works.

4. Refund

Refunds are made under the Refund Policy: if the payment went through but the bonuses were not credited within 48 hours, if the goods are faulty through the Service's fault, or if the money for one order was charged twice. A request is sent to support within 14 calendar days of payment and is reviewed within 24 hours; once approved, the refund is made within 72 hours to the same details the payment was made from. No refund is made if the Buyer changed their mind or the bonuses have already been spent.

5. Duties and responsibilities

• The Buyer undertakes to indicate correct account information when paying.
• The server is not responsible for the impossibility of accrual due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
• The use of bonuses is governed by the rules of the game server.
