New controls: WASD and dash to Shift

On MU FAVORITE, the character can be controlled not only with the mouse, but also with the keyboard: walk on WASD, do dash on Shift and turn on PvP-mode by double-clicking Ctrl. The mouse works as usual. The full list of keys is in the guide All keys.

Walking on WASD

• W — up the screen, S — down, A — left, D — right
• Two keys at once - diagonally (for example, W + D)
• Released the keys - the character stops on the nearest cell
• While the left mouse button is held down, the main one is the mouse
• WASD does not work when chat input is open or Ctrl is pressed

Dash to Shift

• Shift + direction (W, A, S or D) – dash up to 5 cells in this direction
• No more than once per second
• Walls and holes stop the rush; it passes through other characters, but does not end on an occupied square
• There is no dash in cities and safe zones, as well as under stun and immobilization
• The skill pressed during a dash is triggered at the moment of landing

Shield Bash (Dark Knight)

• Select the skill Defense and press it on an enemy player: next - immediately hit with a shield, then - dash with a shield towards him and hit on approach
• The blow stuns for a second and knocks down the enemy’s cast
• With Defense selected, dash to Shift + direction goes with a raised shield and brings it to the nearest enemy in front (within 45° and 6 cells)

PvP-mode to Ctrl

• Handed Ctrl — while you hold it, you can attack any players
• Double press Ctrl — PvP-mode turns on and remains: attack players without Ctrl
• Twice again Ctrl — turn off; chat says whether the mode is on or not
• Combinations like Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V do not count

What has changed on the keys

The letters W, A, S, D are now occupied by walking, so some of the usual keys have moved:

• Banks - at Q, E, R, T (W freed)
• Quest window - at Y (T is now a jar)
• Command window - on J (D is busy walking)
• Master skill tree is disabled

Mouse

• Left button - walk, attack, talk to NPC, pick up item
• Right button — selected skill; if held, the skill is repeated
• Alt + right button on the player nearby - menu: exchange, party, whisper and more
